The ACCUPRO 12178957 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in tight-tolerance applications. Built from micrograin carbide with an AlTiN coating, it handles hard materials and elevated cutting temperatures better than uncoated or HSS alternatives. The 1/64 inch cutting diameter, 30-degree helix, and four spiral flutes make this tool well-suited for fine detail work, micro-slot cutting, and contouring in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The centercutting geometry allows plunge entry. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute orientation are standard for conventional CNC and manual milling setups.
