The nACRo finish (nanocomposite aluminum-chromium-based coating) provides elevated heat resistance and wear performance compared to uncoated carbide. The micrograin carbide substrate supports higher feed rates and maintains edge integrity under demanding cut conditions. Two flutes with a 40-degree spiral helix angle promote efficient chip evacuation. This is a single-end, right-hand cut, right-hand flute configuration.
