The ACCUPRO 12177368 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It features a 5 mm cutting diameter, a 5 mm length of cut, and a 0.5 mm corner radius that reduces stress concentrations at the cutting edge and extends tool life in demanding applications. The AlTiN coating provides excellent heat resistance and hardness, making this tool well-suited for dry or semi-dry cutting conditions at elevated speeds. With a 30-degree helix angle and two right-hand spiral flutes, it delivers efficient chip evacuation and a clean finish.
