The ACCUPRO 12177141 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It features a 0.25 inch mill diameter, a 0.5 inch length of cut, and a 4 inch overall length. The AlTiN coating provides elevated heat and wear resistance, making this end mill well suited for high-speed and dry cutting applications. The 40-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces. Micrograin carbide construction delivers rigidity and edge retention in demanding machining environments. Installed by machinists and toolroom technicians in CNC and manual milling setups.

This end mill is used in vertical and horizontal milling applications where a square shoulder profile is required. The centercutting geometry allows plunge cuts as well as conventional side milling.
