The ACCUPRO 10377 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit with a 15/64 inch (0.2344 inch) diameter and a 150-degree drill point angle. Built for precision hole-making in hard and abrasive materials, it features a 3-flute spiral configuration with a regular spiral type and a bright uncoated finish. The straight cylindrical shank and standard point geometry make it compatible with conventional drill chucks. At 3.25 inches overall length with a 1.375 inch flute length, it fits within the standard jobber-length envelope. This bit is suited for machinists, tool and die technicians, and maintenance professionals who require tight-tolerance drilling performance.
The ACCUPRO 10377 is designed for right-hand cutting applications in shop and field environments. Its solid carbide construction handles harder workpiece materials where high-speed steel tooling would wear prematurely. The 5xD flute-to-diameter ratio supports chip evacuation in moderate-depth holes. Typical applications include drilling steel alloys, cast iron, hardened materials, and other demanding substrates on drill presses, CNC machining centers, and handheld power tools where a straight shank is appropriate.
Designed as a jobber-length straight-shank drill bit conforming to ANSI specification, suitable for use in standard drill chucks across drill presses, CNC machining centers, and handheld power tools accepting straight cylindrical shanks in the 0.2000 to 0.2500 inch size range.
Installation and use should be performed by qualified machinists or maintenance technicians familiar with rotary cutting tool safety. Secure the straight cylindrical shank firmly in a properly rated drill chuck before operation and verify chuck key is removed before starting the spindle. Power down and de-energize all equipment before changing bits. Follow applicable ANSI B11 machine safety standards and the tool manufacturer's recommended speeds and feeds for the workpiece material.
