Accuformnmc RPT38 Danger Accident Prevention Tag 3x6 in Vinyl

Product Description

The ACCUFORMNMC RPT38 is a double-sided accident prevention tag designed to communicate danger warnings and access restrictions in industrial, mechanical, and trade service environments. Printed in black on unrippable vinyl, this rectangular tag measures 3 inches high by 6 inches wide and carries a Danger header with a Notice legend on both sides. The durable vinyl construction resists tearing under field conditions, making it suitable for lockout/tagout procedures, equipment isolation, and hazard notification on job sites. Sold in packs of 25, these tags are a standard consumable for safety-conscious contractors, facilities maintenance crews, and trade professionals.

This tag is used wherever equipment must be taken out of service and personnel need a visible, tamper-aware warning. Common applications include HVAC service isolation, electrical panel lockout, plumbing shutoff points, and mechanical equipment awaiting repair. Side 1 includes a signature and date line for accountability. Side 2 carries a full notice stating that removal without authority may result in immediate discharge. Tags are printed in English and require no dispenser hardware.
