The ACCUFORMNMC RPT2 is a double-sided accident prevention tag designed for lockout/tagout and maintenance safety programs. Side 1 displays a DO NOT OPERATE message with fields for a signature and date. Side 2 carries a Danger Barricade Tag legend with a warning against unauthorized removal.
