The ACCUFORMNMC RPT176AG is a double-sided accident prevention tag designed for lockout/tagout and out-of-service applications in industrial, commercial, and trade environments. Printed with a Danger header and OUT OF SERVICE legend on both sides, the tag is made from unrippable vinyl for durability in harsh job-site conditions. At 6 inches high and 3 inches wide, it provides a clearly visible warning surface. Side 1 displays fields for SIGNED BY and DATE. Installation Notes
