The ACCUFORMNMC MSCD49AP is a pressure-sensitive vinyl accident prevention label printed with a DANGER header and a Danger - High Voltage legend. Measuring 3 inches high by 5 inches in length, this label is designed for clear, durable marking of electrical hazards in commercial and industrial environments. The removable adhesive backing allows repositioning without leaving residue, while the vinyl construction provides resistance to chemicals, graffiti, and water. Licensed electricians and facility maintenance personnel use these labels to meet OSHA-aligned hazard-communication requirements at panel boards, switchgear, junction boxes, and other high-voltage equipment.
This label is suited for use in electrical rooms, mechanical spaces, data centers, and any fixed installation where high-voltage hazard identification is required. The English-language legend and DANGER header follow standard ANSI Z535 safety-label hierarchy, making them appropriate for both new installations and re-labeling of existing equipment. Each package ships as a sheet containing 5 labels, giving technicians multiple applications per unit purchased. The lightweight construction at 0.18 pounds per pack makes job-site transport straightforward.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or supplemental safety label for electrical panels, switchgear, junction boxes, and other high-voltage equipment requiring DANGER-category hazard identification.
Application is typically performed by a licensed electrician or qualified facility maintenance technician. De-energize and lock out the equipment per NFPA 70E and applicable local codes before applying labels to live-equipment enclosures. Clean and dry the mounting surface thoroughly before pressing the label into place to ensure full adhesion. The removable adhesive allows repositioning during installation, but avoid repeated peeling and reapplication, which may reduce long-term adhesion.
