The ACCUFORMNMC IST6303 is an energy isolation tag designed to mark water isolation points during lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures. Constructed from unrippable vinyl, this tag resists tearing, moisture, and physical abuse in demanding jobsite environments. Measuring 3 inches wide by 6 inches high with a single grommet for hanging, it ships in packs of 10. The front legend reads W-01 THRU W-10 DO NOT REMOVE THIS TAG WATER ISOLATION POINT, while the back is blank for field notes. Installation Notes

Tags are for isolation identification only and must not be removed except by the authorized person who applied them.
