The ACCUFORMNMC DCN60 is a 7-inch square hazardous material label designed for facilities, job sites, and industrial environments where DOT-style numeric hazard identification is required. Printed with a bold black Number 0 legend on a white background, this pressure-sensitive vinyl label conveys hazard class information at a glance. The removable adhesive allows repositioning or removal without leaving residue, making it suitable for temporary placarding applications. Each package contains 5 labels on a sheet format. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and facility maintenance professionals use these labels to identify stored chemicals, equipment, and piping systems in compliance with hazard communication standards.
These labels are intended for use on containers, storage cabinets, equipment panels, piping, and similar surfaces where hazardous material identification is required. The 7-inch square format meets common placard sizing needs for industrial and commercial facilities. The vinyl construction and removable adhesive make them appropriate for both permanent and temporary labeling scenarios. Sold in packs of 5, they are well-suited for stocking in a maintenance cart, service vehicle, or supply room for use during routine installation and inspection work.
Designed as a general-purpose hazardous material identification label for use on smooth or semi-smooth surfaces including metal panels, containers, storage units, and equipment enclosures in industrial and commercial settings.
Clean and dry the target surface thoroughly before applying the label to ensure proper adhesion. Apply firm, even pressure across the entire label face to eliminate air bubbles and edge lifting. Removable adhesive is intended for surfaces where residue-free removal may be required; do not apply over severely textured, porous, or contaminated surfaces. Follow all applicable OSHA hazard communication and facility labeling standards when placing hazardous material identifiers.
