The ACCUFORMNMC CGA7R is a rectangular accident prevention sign printed with the caution message: Forklift traffic area keep clear. Manufactured from plastic with a Sign Muscle coating, this sign is built to hold up in demanding facility environments. It measures 10 inches high by 7 inches wide and mounts directly to walls using 4 mounting holes. The printed graphic includes a forklift truck image paired with the caution header, giving workers an immediate visual warning in areas with active lift equipment. Facility managers, safety coordinators, and maintenance teams are the typical installers.
This sign is suited for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing floors, loading docks, and any indoor or outdoor area where forklift traffic creates a pedestrian hazard. The single-sided face displays a black legend on a white and yellow background in English. The plastic construction and chemical-resistant, graffiti-proof, and UV-resistant properties make it appropriate for both interior and exterior placement, including environments exposed to cleaning chemicals, direct sunlight, or high-traffic wear.
Designed as a direct wall-mount accident prevention sign for standard safety signage programs in industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities.
Install using the 4 pre-drilled mounting holes with appropriate fasteners for the wall substrate. No special tools are required beyond a drill and standard hardware. Placement should follow OSHA and ANSI Z535 signage guidelines for visibility at the point of hazard. Position the sign at a height clearly visible to both pedestrians and equipment operators approaching the area.
