The 80/20 INC. 6862 is a Single UniBearing designed for use with Series 15 and 1515 T-slot aluminum extrusion systems. It provides a low-friction bearing interface that allows smooth linear motion along the extrusion profile. The 6862 measures 0.75 inches in length and 0.505 inches in thickness, with a height of 0.50 inches. Constructed from aluminum with a clear anodized finish, it offers corrosion resistance suitable for light industrial and structural assembly environments. Installation uses a standard socket cap screw. This component is handled by machine builders, automation integrators, and fabricators working with modular framing systems.
The 6862 fits into Series 15 and 1515 T-slot extrusion assemblies commonly used in modular workstations, machine guarding, conveyors, and custom structural frames. It is used wherever guided linear motion or adjustable component positioning is required within a 15 Series extrusion layout. The anodized aluminum construction makes it suitable for both indoor production environments and light-duty industrial applications where a clean, low-maintenance bearing solution is needed.

Installation is performed by machine builders, automation technicians, or fabricators familiar with T-slot extrusion assembly. Ensure the extrusion channel is clean and free of debris before seating the bearing component. Use the appropriate socket cap screw and torque to the extrusion system manufacturer guidelines. Power down any motorized assemblies before servicing or repositioning bearing components within a live framing system.
