The 80/20 INC. 40-4301 is a tall inside corner bracket designed for structural framing assemblies built with 40 Series aluminum extrusion profiles. Constructed from aluminum with a clear anodized finish, this bracket creates rigid 90-degree inside corner connections between extrusion members. It features a 2-degree drop-lock mechanism that simplifies alignment during assembly and locks components securely in place. Four mounting holes arranged in a two-holes-stacked configuration distribute load across the joint. Used with the 40 Series Bolt Kit 75-3422, this bracket is suited for machine frames, workstations, enclosures, and industrial structures where repeatable corner connections are required.
This bracket is intended for use in 40 Series modular framing systems. It is a standard component in industrial, commercial, and automation framing builds. Fabricators, millwrights, and systems integrators installing T-slot aluminum framing use this bracket to form inside corners without welding or complex machining. It is compatible with the 80/20 INC. Bolt Kit 75-3422 as specified by the manufacturer.
