The 80/20 INC. 3376 is a drop-in T-nut fastener designed for use with 80/20 Series 10 aluminum extrusion profiles. It seats directly into the T-slot channel without requiring end access, allowing fasteners to be positioned and moved along the profile at any point during assembly. The 3376 features a 1/4-20 threaded insert, a zinc-plated zinc body, and an overall length of 0.62 inches. It is a standard hardware component used by fabricators, integrators, and maintenance technicians working with modular framing systems.
This T-nut is suited for light-duty fastening applications in modular aluminum framing assemblies built on the Series 10 (1 inch) extrusion platform. Typical use cases include machine guarding, workstation frames, enclosures, and other structural builds where components need to be positioned or repositioned without disassembling the frame. The drop-in style allows installation at any point along an open slot, making it practical for mid-run additions or field modifications.
Designed for use with 80/20 Series 10 aluminum extrusion profiles featuring a standard T-slot channel.
Installation is typically performed during fabrication or field assembly of modular aluminum framing systems and does not require licensed trade credentials. De-energize or power down any electrical or mechanical systems attached to the frame before adding or repositioning hardware. Standard hand tools are sufficient for seating the T-nut and driving the mating fastener. Ensure the slot channel is clear of debris before drop-in placement to achieve full thread engagement.
