The 80/20 INC. 3360 is a zinc anchor fastener designed for use with 80/20 Series 15 T-slot aluminum framing systems. It provides a strong internal connection method by seating inside the T-slot channel, eliminating the need for external brackets or visible hardware. The standard T-nut design accepts a 5/16-18 threaded fastener and measures 0.7 inches in width to fit the Series 15 profile. Structural assemblers, machine builders, and modular system integrators use this fastener when vibration resistance and a clean internal connection are priorities.
This anchor fastener is suited for modular workstation builds, machine guarding, conveyor frames, and industrial structural assemblies using Series 15 T-slot extrusions. The internal mounting approach distributes load within the channel rather than at the surface, making it appropriate for applications where joint integrity under load or vibration is a design requirement. It ships as a single piece and can be ordered in multiples as project quantities demand.
Designed for use with 80/20 Series 15 T-slot aluminum extrusion framing components.
This fastener is installed by sliding or dropping it into the T-slot channel before tightening the mating bolt to draw it against the channel walls. Ensure the extrusion is free of load and, where applicable, de-energized from any integrated pneumatic or electrical systems before adjusting connections. Use the appropriate driver for the 5/16-18 thread and follow the framing system manufacturer torque guidance for the assembly type. Do not overtighten, as excessive torque can deform the slot or crack the zinc body.
