The 3M 7100157620 is an N95-rated disposable cup respirator designed for trade and DIY applications involving airborne particulate hazards. Built around 3M Advanced Electrostatic Media, it achieves at least 95 percent filtration efficiency against non-oil-based particles and aerosols as certified by NIOSH. The cup-style form factor includes a soft nose foam cushion, an adjustable nose clip for a secure fit, and stretchable welded straps. Licensed contractors, painters, drywall finishers, woodworkers, and general trade workers reach for this respirator when short-duration particulate exposure is a concern. It contains no components made from natural rubber latex.
This respirator is suited for residential and light commercial environments where workers are exposed to nuisance-level and hazardous particulate during sanding, sawing, grinding, sweeping, lawn mowing, drywall work, woodworking, and fiberglass insulation handling. It also provides protection against mold spores, granular pesticides, allergens, and general construction dust. The unit ships in pack quantities with a minimum order of 12 packs. For occupational or hazardous-environment use, deployment must occur within a government-regulated respiratory protection program such as one governed by OSHA standards.
Designed as an OEM-style disposable N95 cup respirator suitable for general particulate applications in construction, painting, drywall, woodworking, and related trades where non-oil-based airborne particulate is the primary hazard.
This respirator is donned and doffed by the end user — no tools required. Before entering a particulate hazard area, perform a user seal check per the instructions included with the product packaging. For occupational and hazardous-environment use, this respirator must be used within an OSHA-compliant respiratory protection program, which includes medical evaluation, fit testing, and training. Dispose of the respirator after each use or when breathing resistance increases noticeably.
