The 3M 7100096333 is a coarse-grade, non-woven abrasive belt designed for aggressive material removal and surface conditioning on metal, wood, and composite substrates. At 3-1/2 inches wide and 15-1/2 inches long, it fits standard bench-top and portable belt sanders used in fabrication, maintenance, and finishing applications. Compatibility

Designed as a replacement-style abrasive belt for belt sanders and grinders accepting a 3-1/2 inch by 15-1/2 inch belt. Verify platen and drive roller dimensions on the host machine before installation.

Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a qualified technician or operator familiar with abrasive belt equipment. Power down and lock out the sander or grinder before changing belts. Confirm belt tracking direction by checking the arrow printed on the inside of the belt seam, and align it with the direction of drum rotation before powering on. Inspect the platen and contact wheel for wear or damage before mounting a new belt.
