3M 7100008964 is a double-coated open-cell urethane foam tape (series 4016) sized 2 in x 36 yd with 1/16 in thickness. The tape uses a paper release liner and provides surface bonding, cushioning and handling convenience for mounting and general-purpose bonding. It employs 3M Adhesive 100 (acrylic) for high shear strength and long-term holding, with temperature resistance up to 220°F (104°C). The densified kraft paper liner reduces edge roll and supports die-cutting and automated dispensing.
