The 3M 7010367100 is an aluminum oxide unitized abrasive wheel from the Standard Abrasives 700 Series, designed for medium-to-heavy-duty surface finishing tasks on metal. It features a medium-to-hard density construction with an open web that resists loading and extends service life. At 12 inches in diameter with a 3/4 inch arbor hole, this wheel handles demanding deburring, cleaning, and blending operations that fall in the mid-to-late sequence of metal fabrication workflows. It is installed by metal fabricators, welders, and maintenance technicians working on ferrous and non-ferrous stock.
This wheel is suited for applications including removing punched-hole burrs on stainless steel, eliminating heavy flashing, smoothing medium-sized pits and scratches, and cleaning heavy scale or weld discoloration. Its aluminum oxide mineral performs well on a broad range of metals including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
