The 3M 7010365625 is a unitized deburring wheel designed for edge finishing, light deburring, and surface blending on metal workpieces. Built with aluminum oxide abrasive at a density grade of 7 (hard), the wheel delivers consistent, controlled material removal without aggressive stock loss. At 4 inches in diameter with a 0.25-inch face width and a 0.25-inch center hole, it mounts directly on standard arbors and fits a range of portable and stationary power tools. Maximum operating speed is 12,100 RPM. This wheel is suited for shop technicians and fabricators performing finishing work on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
This wheel is intended for light deburring and surface conditioning applications where controlled abrasion is required. Its unitized construction holds the abrasive fibers together throughout the wheel life, providing a consistent cut from first use to last. Compatible tooling includes centerless grinders, die grinders, inline sanders, manual backstands, and pressure assist backstands. It fits both bench-mounted and handheld setups, making it a practical choice for production finishing stations and field fabrication work alike.
Designed for use with centerless grinders, die grinders, inline sanders, manual backstands, and pressure assist backstands that accept a 4-inch diameter unitized wheel with a 0.25-inch center hole arbor mount.
Installation should be performed by a qualified tool operator or machinist following the tool manufacturer guidelines and applicable ANSI safety standards for abrasive wheels. Always power down and disconnect the tool from its power source before mounting or changing the wheel. Confirm the tool spindle speed does not exceed the 12,100 RPM rating marked on the wheel before operation. Inspect the wheel for damage before each use and never use a wheel that shows signs of cracking or delamination.
