The 3M 7010365088 is a convolute deburring wheel designed for edge blending, surface conditioning, and burr removal on metal workpieces. Built with aluminum oxide abrasive at a medium grade and density 5 construction, it delivers consistent, controlled stock removal without aggressive surface damage. The convolute design — layers of abrasive-impregnated nonwoven material wound around a fiber core — maintains a uniform cut rate as the wheel wears. Rated to 6,000 RPM, this wheel fits standard arbor-mount setups and is suited for production grinding environments where repeatable finish quality matters. Installed and operated by machinists, tool grinders, and metal fabricators.
This wheel is used in applications requiring deburring and light surface finishing on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The 6 inch diameter and 1 inch face width suit a range of machine setups. Compatible tooling includes backstands, centerless grinders, die grinders, inline sanders, manual backstands, and pressure assist backstands. It fits a 1-1/4 inch center hole arbor, which is a common standard for production-scale deburring equipment in metal fab and machine shop environments.

Mount this wheel only on equipment rated at or above 6,000 RPM with a matching 1-1/4 inch arbor. Always power down and lock out the machine before mounting or removing the wheel. Inspect the wheel for cracks or damage before each use — do not operate a damaged wheel. Follow ANSI B7.1 safety standards for the use, care, and protection of abrasive wheels.
