The 3M 7010328526 is a unitized deburring wheel designed for material finishing, edge blending, and surface conditioning on metal workpieces. Built with aluminum oxide abrasive at a density grade of 7 (Hard), it delivers consistent cut and controlled material removal without aggressive stock reduction. Rated to 15,100 RPM, this wheel handles high-speed spindle applications in shop and production environments. The unitized construction bonds abrasive fibers throughout the wheel body, so performance remains consistent as the wheel wears. Licensed tradespeople and skilled machinists working in metal fabrication, tool-and-die, and general manufacturing are the primary installers and users.
This deburring wheel is suited for edge deburring, light surface blending, and finishing passes on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. At 3 inches in diameter with a 1/2 inch face width and a 1/4 inch center hole, it mounts directly to die grinders, inline sanders, centerless grinders, manual backstands, and pressure assist backstands. The coarse grade makes it appropriate for removing burrs and mill scale where a fine surface finish is not the final objective. It is commonly used in production finishing cells and repair shop environments.
Designed for use with centerless grinders, die grinders, inline sanders, manual backstands, and pressure assist backstands equipped with a 1/4 inch arbor. Verify spindle RPM rating meets or exceeds 15,100 RPM before mounting.
Installation should be performed by a qualified operator familiar with abrasive wheel safety and ANSI B11 or applicable shop safety standards. Always power down and de-energize the tool before mounting or removing the wheel. Confirm the tool spindle speed does not exceed the 15,100 RPM maximum rating marked on the wheel. Inspect the wheel for visible damage before each use and never operate a cracked or compromised abrasive wheel.
