The 3M 7010328314 is a coated abrasive quick-change disc designed for use with Roloc TR Type R attaching systems. The polyester backing with J-weight flexibility keeps the disc conformable against curved or irregular surfaces. It is rated to a maximum of 30,000 RPM, making it suitable for high-speed rotary tools and die grinders used in metal fabrication, maintenance, and precision grinding applications. Installation and removal are tool-free thanks to the twist-on Type R button mount system.
