3M 7000123892 Floor Aisle Marking Tape 2in Brown Vinyl

Product Description

The 3M 7000123892 is a vinyl floor aisle marking tape designed for light-duty lane and zone delineation in commercial and industrial environments. It measures 2 inches wide by 108 feet long and delivers a 5 mil thickness that lays flat and bonds securely to smooth, clean floor surfaces. The solid brown color provides clear visual separation for aisle lanes, storage zones, and pedestrian pathways. ASTM-compliant construction makes it a reliable choice for facilities that need consistent, standards-referenced floor marking without the complexity of paint or heavier-duty tape systems.

This tape is suited for light-foot-traffic aisles in warehouses, distribution centers, retail stockrooms, and manufacturing facilities. The non-anti-slip surface is appropriate for applications where slip resistance is handled by other means or is not a primary requirement. Facilities maintenance staff, safety coordinators, and general contractors typically install this product as part of a 5S, safety compliance, or floor organization program. The 108-foot roll length covers standard aisle runs with minimal seaming.

Key Features

• Vinyl construction with vinyl adhesive for consistent bond to hard, smooth floor surfaces
• 5 mil thickness provides durability appropriate for light-duty foot traffic zones
• 2-inch width meets common aisle marking standards for lane and zone delineation
• 108-foot roll length reduces seams on longer aisle runs
• Solid brown color for clear zone identification
• ASTM-compliant construction for facilities with standards-referenced safety programs

Compatibility

Designed for use on smooth, clean hard floor surfaces typical of light-duty aisle marking applications in commercial and industrial settings.

Installation Notes

Surface must be clean, dry, and free of dust, oils, and wax before application to ensure proper adhesion. Apply firm pressure along the full length of the tape using a roller or squeegee to achieve maximum bond. This tape is not rated for anti-slip performance and should not be installed as a primary slip-resistance measure on ramps or wet-environment floors. No special tools or trade licensing are required for installation, though facilities with specific OSHA or local safety code requirements should verify marking color and width standards before application.
