The 3M 7000121385 is a water-dispersed, high-strength contact adhesive designed for professional bonding applications across a wide range of substrates. Formulated in a green colorway and packaged in a 5-gallon container, this low-mist adhesive delivers high immediate bond strength with a long bonding range. Its high viscosity makes it well suited for roll-coating operations. The non-flammable wet-state formulation reduces fire hazard during application, and the cured adhesive is post-formable and heat resistant, holding up in demanding conditions after installation.
This adhesive is used in commercial and industrial settings where large-surface bonding is required. Typical applications include laminating plastic laminate to substrates, bonding foamed plastics, adhering wood veneer, and securing canvas to wood or plywood. The 5-gallon size is intended for production-volume or commercial shop use where roll-coating equipment is in service. Trades and fabricators working in millwork, casework, countertop fabrication, and upholstery applications will find this product fits standard roll-coat and brush workflows.
Designed for bonding most foamed plastics, plastic laminate, wood, plywood, wood veneer, and canvas substrates to themselves and to each other in commercial fabrication and trade applications.
Application should be performed by qualified trades or fabricators in a well-ventilated workspace. Apply adhesive to both mating surfaces using roll-coat or brush equipment and allow adequate open time before joining. Keep adhesive away from open flames and heat sources during application even though the wet formula is non-flammable. Store and handle in accordance with the product safety data sheet and applicable local regulations.
