The 3M 7000046876 is a Quick Change Surface Conditioning FE Disc designed for one-step surface preparation ahead of final finishes and coatings. Built on a flexible FE substrate with aluminum oxide abrasive, it delivers high initial cut rates and extended cut life under high contact pressure. The open web construction responds to surface irregularities and reduces gouging risk. This disc is well suited for deburring and blending operations on ferrous metals, stainless steel, and high nickel and chrome alloys. The quick-change mounting system allows fast disc swaps without slowing down the workflow.
