3M 7000000717 is a Scotch-Brite Surface Conditioning Disc (SC-DH) with a coarse aluminum oxide non-woven abrasive on a hook-and-loop backing. The 5 in disc is designed for blending, cleaning, deburring, finishing, grinding, polishing, radiusing, refining and surface preparation on a range of metals. The open-web construction resists loading and the disc is rated to 10,000 rpm for right angle grinder use.
