3M 2078 is a particulate filter that provides P95 particulate filtration and nuisance-level relief from organic vapors and acid gases. It attaches via a bayonet connection to compatible 3M half- and full-face reusable respirators and uses Advanced Electret Media to reduce breathing resistance. Intended for occupational applications, the filter addresses oil and non-oil based particulates in tasks such as painting, welding, maintenance, and dust-generating processes.
