The 3M 130C Scotch Linerless Rubber Splicing Tape is a premium-grade rubber tape designed for low- and high-voltage applications. Its self-fusing EPDM rubber backing and fusible adhesive interlayer help deliver a void-free, moisture-sealed build-up suitable for splicing and terminating solid dielectric insulated cables rated through 69 kV. It withstands temperatures up to 194 °F (90 °C).
