Product Description
The Supco SBE78 is a solder-free coupler in the SB1 series designed for 7/8 in copper tubing and configured as a 90° quick-disconnect for refrigerant lines. Constructed with a C3771 brass body, polycarbonate components, and chloroprene O-rings, it is rated for continuous operation to 250°F (121°C), a maximum rated pressure of 870 PSI, and a vacuum capability to 30 microns. It is suitable for HVAC/R and appliance refrigerant service.
- Flame-free, tool-free quick-connect installation; no brazing or nitrogen purge required
- C3771 brass body with polycarbonate components and chloroprene O-rings; rated to 870 PSI and -40°F to 250°F
- Approved for 1/4 in to 7/8 in hard-drawn and annealed copper and compatible with a broad list of refrigerants; vacuum capability 30 microns
