The MSA 815182 is a combination multi-gas and P100 particulate filter cartridge designed for use with compatible PAPR (powered air-purifying respirator) systems. Each pack contains six cartridges. These cartridges provide protection against a broad spectrum of airborne hazards, including organic vapors, chlorine, chlorine dioxide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen fluoride, ammonia, methylamine, formaldehyde, and P100-rated particulate filtration. They are installed by industrial hygienists, safety professionals, and trained trades workers operating in environments with multi-contaminant exposure risk.

These cartridges are suited for industrial and commercial environments where workers face simultaneous exposure to multiple chemical hazards and fine particulates. Compatibility

Designed as an OEM-style replacement cartridge for compatible MSA PAPR respirator systems. Verify cartridge-to-facepiece or hood compatibility with the specific MSA PAPR unit in service before installation.

Installation Notes

Cartridge replacement should be performed by a qualified person in accordance with the site respiratory protection program and applicable OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 requirements. Remove the unit from service before replacing cartridges, and ensure hands are clean and dry during handling to avoid contaminating filter media. Follow the manufacturer service life guidelines and change-out schedule based on contaminant concentration, humidity, and usage conditions. Do not use a cartridge past its rated service life or if the packaging seal has been compromised prior to installation.
