The KREG TOOL COMPANY SML-F125-1200 is a 1,200-count box of fine-thread pocket hole screws engineered specifically for pocket hole joinery applications. Each screw measures 1-1/4 inches in length and is sized at No. 7 diameter with a washer head profile. A self-tapping auger point drives cleanly into pre-drilled pocket holes without requiring a separate pre-drill step. The washer head seats flush in the bottom of the pocket hole for a tight, consistent joint. A zinc coating provides corrosion resistance suited to indoor wood joinery work. These screws are driven with a No. 2 square drive bit, and the deep square drive recess gives positive bit engagement that reduces cam-out during installation.
These screws are intended for fine-grain wood joinery where tight thread engagement is critical to joint strength. Fine thread pitch is preferred when fastening hardwoods or engineered wood panels where coarse threads may strip the material. The self-tapping point makes them practical for high-volume production work at benches or job sites. Cabinetmakers, trim carpenters, and finish woodworkers who use pocket hole jig systems will find this count size suited to sustained production use. The 1,200-count quantity reduces restocking frequency on active projects.
Designed for use with pocket hole jig systems in fine-thread applications requiring 1-1/4 inch No. 7 washer-head screws driven with a No. 2 square drive bit.
Pocket hole screws are installed by woodworkers and finish carpenters using a compatible pocket hole jig and a No. 2 square drive bit. Ensure pocket holes are drilled to the correct depth and angle for the material thickness before driving screws. Do not overdrive — the washer head should seat firmly in the pocket without crushing the surrounding wood fiber. Store unused screws in a dry environment to preserve the zinc coating.
