The EWC CONTROLS END-MA15S-10X16 is a rectangular motorized zone damper designed for ducted HVAC zoning systems. Part of the ND Series, this unit pairs a rectangular damper blade assembly with an MA-ND5 actuator to provide reliable, automated airflow control in residential and light commercial duct systems. The damper measures 10 x 16 inches and is engineered for EcoNet-compatible control systems, making it a direct-fit choice for zoning applications that require networked or thermostat-driven airflow modulation. Licensed HVAC technicians and sheet metal contractors are the typical installers.
The END-MA15S-10X16 is suited for residential and light commercial forced-air zoning installations where precise airflow management across multiple zones is required. The ND Series rectangular form factor accommodates standard rectangular duct openings at 10 x 16 inches, fitting into trunk-and-branch or parallel duct layouts. EcoNet compatibility allows integration with compatible EWC CONTROLS zoning panels and controllers without additional adapter hardware. This damper is appropriate for new construction zoning builds as well as retrofit zoning projects in existing duct systems.
Compatible with EcoNet-enabled EWC CONTROLS zoning systems. Designed as an OEM-style motorized zone damper for ND Series rectangular duct zoning applications in ducted forced-air heating and cooling systems.
Installation should be performed by a licensed HVAC technician or qualified sheet metal contractor. Shut down the air handling unit and de-energize the zoning control panel before installing or wiring the damper actuator. Secure the damper into the duct opening according to standard sheet metal practices and verify actuator wiring matches the zoning panel's low-voltage terminal assignments per the control panel documentation. Confirm full open and full close travel of the damper blade after installation before returning the system to service.
