The DAKOTA SOURCING 13006 is a 90-degree copper elbow fitting designed for sweat (solder) connections in residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC refrigerant line applications. With a 7/8-inch outer diameter and 3/4-inch inner diameter, this C x C (copper-to-copper) fitting provides a reliable directional change in copper tubing runs. It is installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and refrigeration mechanics wherever a 90-degree turn is required in a copper line set or domestic water system. The all-copper construction delivers corrosion resistance and long service life in both wet and refrigerant-side applications.
This elbow fitting is suited for use in residential and light commercial installations, including domestic hot and cold water distribution, hydronic heating loops, and HVAC refrigerant lines using compatible copper tubing. It is a standard sweat-connection fitting used in new construction and retrofit work wherever a 90-degree directional change is needed in a 3/4-inch nominal copper line.

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or HVAC technician following applicable local plumbing codes and IFGC or IPC standards. Shut off water supply or recover refrigerant from the system before cutting into any existing line. Clean and flux all mating surfaces before soldering or brazing, and allow the joint to cool fully before restoring system pressure. Do not over-apply flux, as excess can cause internal corrosion in water systems over time.
