Product Description
Cleveland 19972 is a screw-type thermostatic hi-limit switch for Cleveland steamers and convection steamers. The fixed-temperature device uses a 1/2" MPT fitting and a 1/4" tab terminal and is rated to open at 173 °F and close at 193 °F. It does not include an adjustable dial and is provided as an OEM replacement for compatible Cleveland steam cooking equipment.
