This connector is used as a splice or tap in non-tension applications with a voltage of up to 600 VAC. It simplifies installation by eliminating the need to strip conductor insulation and is self-insulated for hot line applications. It accommodates conductor sizes from one aught to four aught AWG and ninety-five to six square millimeters for tap or secondary conductors.
