It ships as a complete assembly including a 15-inch round low-silhouette poly dome, a roof sump receiver, and an underdeck clamp. The 4-inch no-hub outlet connects directly to standard no-hub cast iron or compatible DWV piping. The low-profile dome design keeps leaves, debris, and birds out while allowing rainwater and snowmelt to flow freely into the drain body. Licensed plumbers and roofing contractors typically specify and install this unit on built-up, EPDM, or membrane roofing assemblies.
This drain is suited for commercial flat-roof applications including restaurants, warehouses, multi-unit residential buildings, assisted living facilities, and similar structures where controlled roof drainage is required. The included underdeck clamp secures the drain body to the roof deck assembly, and the sump receiver creates a low point that promotes positive drainage toward the drain opening.
