The ZOELLER zoeller-m267 is a fully automatic submersible sewage pump designed to remove raw sewage and wastewater in sewage ejector applications. Built on the Waste-Mate 260 platform, this 1/2 HP pump runs on 115 VAC single-phase power and draws 10.4 amps. The cast iron pump housing, motor housing, switch case, and base deliver the structural durability required in demanding ejector pits. A white polypropylene float activates the pump automatically; the float is solid-core and cannot become waterlogged, ensuring reliable on-off cycling. Licensed plumbers and mechanical contractors install this unit in residential and light commercial sewage ejector systems.
The zoeller-m267 is suited for residential and light commercial sewage ejector applications where raw sewage and suspended solids must be pumped from a below-grade ejector pit to a gravity sewer or septic system. The vortex impeller design allows the pump to pass spherical solids up to 2 inches in diameter, reducing the risk of clogging in typical sewage service. The 2 or 3 inch NPT outlet accommodates standard ejector pit discharge piping configurations commonly found in basement bathroom and laundry ejector installations.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct installation unit for residential and light commercial sewage ejector pit systems requiring a 1/2 HP submersible sewage pump with a 2 or 3 inch NPT discharge outlet.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Disconnect and lock out all electrical power to the ejector pit circuit before lowering or removing the pump. Ensure the discharge check valve and union are in place before energizing the unit. Do not run the pump dry or operate it outside of a properly constructed ejector basin.
