The ZOELLER N98 is a nonautomatic 1/2 HP effluent pump built for sump and septic effluent applications where higher flow rates are required. The corrosion-resistant engineered plastic vortex impeller features a smooth surface that allows water and solids to pass freely through the pump body. Because the N98 is nonautomatic, it requires a piggyback float switch or a control panel for operation, giving the installer the ability to set on and off points in the field. All identification tags, the handle, and hardware are stainless steel. Licensed plumbers and septic system contractors are the typical installers of this unit.
