The ZING GREEN SAFETY 7645 is a coated steel hasp designed for lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety applications. The high-visibility red coating makes it easy to identify in the field, and the contoured body provides a firm grip when applying or removing the device. It accepts padlock shackles up to 0.35 inches in diameter and accommodates up to six locks simultaneously, making it suitable for multi-technician lockout procedures on industrial equipment, electrical panels, and HVAC or mechanical systems.
This hasp is used in commercial and industrial environments where lockout/tagout compliance is required under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 procedures. It is a standard tool for electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and other trades who must isolate energy sources before servicing equipment. The tabbed design allows multiple personnel to attach their individual locks during a group lockout, ensuring no single technician can restore power or energy flow until all parties have removed their locks.
Designed as a standard lockout hasp compatible with padlocks having a shackle diameter up to 0.35 inches. Suitable for use with most commercial LOTO padlock sets in multi-person lockout applications.
Installation and use should follow the facility energy control program as required by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147. De-energize and isolate all applicable energy sources before attaching the hasp to the energy isolation point. Each authorized employee should attach their own individually keyed padlock to one tab before service begins and remove it only upon completing their portion of the work. Do not use this hasp as a substitute for a proper energy isolation device such as a valve lockout or circuit breaker lockout.
