The YG-1 28558TC is a 3-flute solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling of non-ferrous metals. Built from micrograin carbide stock, it carries a TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride) coating that reduces friction and extends tool life in aluminum, copper, brass, and similar materials. The 45-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. With a 1/8 inch mill diameter and 3/8 inch length of cut, this tool is well suited to fine-feature work, slotting, and profiling where precision and edge integrity are critical. Licensed machinists and CNC operators are the primary users of this tool.

This end mill fits standard 1/8 inch straight-cylindrical shank tool holders and is intended for use on CNC machining centers and manual milling machines processing non-ferrous workpieces.
