The XYLEM CB05412 Goulds control box is designed for 1/2HP, 3 wire, 230V, 1 phase Goulds and Myers pumps with CentriPro or Pentek motors. It features a Type 3R enclosure for indoor or outdoor mounting. It accepts up to #2 AWG wire.
