The XTRWELD WCS4/0B-25CL is a 4/0 AWG, 600-volt welding cable supplied as a 25-foot cut length. It is built around a rope-lay, bunch-stranded 30 AWG SAE copper conductor wrapped with a paper separator and jacketed in a proprietary low-smoke halogen-free (LSHF) EPDM compound. The result is a flexible, high-current cable rated for continuous use in demanding welding and power-distribution environments. Licensed electricians, welding equipment technicians, and industrial maintenance trades install this cable in applications where durability and chemical resistance are non-negotiable. It carries SAE J1127 compliance and meets RoHS requirements. Manufactured in the USA.
This cable is suited for stingers and whips, welding leads, and ground clamp assemblies in both light industrial and heavy-duty welding setups. It also serves battery-side applications including battery chargers and wire harnesses where a robust, flexible conductor is required. The LSHF EPDM jacket handles extreme temperature swings and repeated flexing without cracking or hardening, making it a practical choice for mobile welding rigs, shop floor setups, and field service work alike.
Designed for use in welding stingers, whips, leads, and ground clamp assemblies, as well as battery charger and wire harness applications requiring a 600-volt, 4/0 AWG flexible copper welding cable.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician or welding equipment technician in accordance with applicable NEC guidelines for welding cable. De-energize and lock out all equipment before terminating or replacing cable. Use properly rated lugs and connectors sized for 4/0 AWG conductors. Inspect the jacket for cuts or abrasion before placing the cable in service.
