The XTRWELD WCS2/0XFO-50CL is a 2/0 AWG, 600-volt commercial welding cable designed for high-flex applications in demanding industrial and trade environments. This cable features a re-engineered rope-lay, bunch-stranded ultra-flexible copper conductor at 34 or 36 AWG stranding, paired with a TPE compound jacket rated for continuous flexing. At 23 pounds for a 50-foot cut length, it is built for pipeline work, robotic automation, and confined-space installations where repeated bending and movement are constant. The orange jacket with deep black striping provides high visibility on job sites. Manufactured in the USA and RoHS compliant, it meets SAE J1127 standards.
This welding cable is suited for commercial and industrial applications where standard welding cable lacks the flexibility required. Typical use cases include pipeline welding rigs, robotic welding cells, generator leads, and other high-cycle-flex environments. Electricians, welding technicians, and industrial maintenance professionals commonly specify this cable where tight routing paths or constant cable movement would fatigue a conventional product. The 50-foot cut length eliminates the need to spool or cut from a bulk reel on smaller jobs.
Designed as a high-flex OEM-style welding cable for commercial and industrial welding, pipeline, and robotic applications requiring a 600-volt, 2/0 AWG conductor with SAE J1127 compliance.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician or certified welding technician in accordance with applicable NEC requirements and manufacturer guidelines. De-energize all equipment and verify zero voltage before terminating or routing the cable. Avoid sharp bend radii below the cable minimum bend specification and do not pinch or crush the jacket during routing through conduit or cable carriers. Inspect terminations and jacket condition regularly in high-cycle-flex environments.
