The XTRWELD WCS1/0XFO-100CL is a 1/0 AWG, 600-volt XFO series welding cable engineered for demanding high-flex commercial applications. This 100-foot cut length features a rope-lay, bunch-stranded ultra-fine copper conductor at 34 or 36 AWG strand size, wrapped in a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) jacket rated for extreme-duty use. The vibrant orange jacket with black striping makes cable identification straightforward on busy job sites. Manufactured in the USA and compliant with SAE J1127 and RoHS standards, this cable is built for professional welders, pipefitters, and industrial electricians who need reliable performance in tight or high-movement environments.
The WCS1/0XFO-100CL is suited for commercial and industrial welding installations where cable flexibility and fluid resistance are critical. Typical applications include pipeline welding, robotic welding cells, and work in constrained or confined areas. The ultra-flexible stranding allows the cable to move freely without kinking, reducing operator fatigue and cable wear during continuous or repetitive welding operations. It performs reliably across extreme temperature ranges and in environments where fuel, oil, and coolant exposure are routine.
Designed as a commercial-grade replacement or new-install welding cable for 600-volt welding systems and equipment requiring 1/0 AWG flexible conductor in high-flex or high-exposure environments.
Installation of welding cable at this gauge and voltage rating should be performed by a qualified electrician or certified welder familiar with NEC guidelines for welding equipment wiring. De-energize and lock out all welding equipment before terminating or replacing cable runs. Use appropriately rated lugs and connectors rated for 600 volts and 1/0 AWG conductor. Avoid sharp bend radii at termination points to preserve the conductor stranding and jacket integrity.
