The XTRWELD 45415 is a 3/32-inch MIG wire conduit liner measuring 15 feet in length, designed as an OEM-quality replacement for Bernard-style MIG welding guns. The liner guides welding wire from the drive rolls through the gun cable to the contact tip, maintaining consistent wire feed and reducing birdnesting. It is compatible with Bernard BTB, S-Gun, and W-Gun torch configurations. Welding technicians and fabricators install this liner during routine gun maintenance or when feed irregularities indicate conduit wear.
This liner is suited for shops and field welding operations running Bernard-style guns that require periodic consumable replacement. It fits standard Bernard torch setups and serves as a direct substitute for Bernard Centerfire, Quick Tip, AccuLock, and S series liner configurations. Note that traditional-style and Centerfire-style consumables are not intermixable within the same torch assembly, but this liner functions as a complete drop-in replacement for either series when a full consumable changeover is performed.
Compatible with Bernard BTB, S-Gun, and W-Gun MIG torch assemblies. Functions as a complete replacement for Bernard Centerfire, Quick Tip, AccuLock, and S series consumable systems. Traditional-style and Centerfire-style consumables are not intermixable; a full consumable set changeover is required when switching series.
Installation is performed by welding technicians during scheduled gun maintenance or when wire feed issues arise. Before replacing the liner, power down the welding machine and relieve any tension on the wire drive system. Remove the nozzle, contact tip, and retaining nut before withdrawing the old liner, then feed the new liner through the gun cable and trim to fit before reassembling consumables. Follow the gun manufacturer's assembly sequence to ensure proper liner seating and avoid feed restriction.
