The XTRWELD 44N-116-15 is a MIG wire conduit liner sized at 1/16 inch and 15 feet in length, designed for use in Tweco-style MIG welding guns. The liner guides the wire electrode through the gun cable, maintaining smooth, consistent wire feed and reducing feed resistance during operation. At 0.18 pounds, it is a lightweight, direct-replacement consumable. Installation is straightforward for welding technicians performing routine gun maintenance or consumable changeovers. Proper liner sizing is critical to wire feed performance, and this unit is marked with its part number and size for quick identification during service.
This liner is suited for Tweco-style MIG guns rated from 300A to 450A. Compatible gun models include Classic, Eliminator, Weldskill, Spray Master, PulseMaster, Smoke Master, and Velocity series guns. It is sold individually and is appropriate for professional welding shops, fabrication facilities, and field service environments where Tweco-platform guns are in regular use. The OEM-quality construction meets the dimensional and performance standards expected for these gun platforms.
Designed for Tweco-style MIG guns rated 300A to 450A, including Classic, Eliminator, Weldskill, Spray Master, PulseMaster, Smoke Master, and Velocity series. Brand names referenced are trademarks of their respective owners. XTRWELD is not affiliated with those manufacturers.
Liner replacement is performed by qualified welding technicians during scheduled gun maintenance or when wire feed irregularities are observed. Before servicing, disconnect the gun from the wire feeder and ensure the power source is off. Remove the existing liner by straightening the gun cable, then feed the new liner from the gun end toward the feeder connection end. Trim to the correct length per gun manufacturer specifications before reinstalling the contact tip and nozzle.
