The XTRWELD 44225 is a MIG wire conduit liner sized for 0.045 inch to 0.062 inch wire and cut to a 25 ft length. It routes welding wire smoothly through the gun cable, reducing friction and minimizing bird-nesting at the drive rolls. This liner is manufactured to OEM-equivalent quality in the Bernard style and is intended for use by professional welders and fabrication shops running MIG welding guns that accept traditional Bernard-style consumables. At 1.62 pounds, it is a direct drop-in replacement that requires no modification to compatible gun assemblies.
This liner fits Bernard BTB, S-Gun, and W-Gun MIG welding guns. It is suited for production welding environments, repair shops, and fabrication operations where wire feed consistency is critical. The 25 ft length accommodates standard gun cable assemblies without splicing. The liner is compatible with the full range of Bernard traditional-style consumable systems and can serve as a complete replacement for Bernard Centerfire, Quick Tip, AccuLock, and S series liner setups, though those series are not cross-mixed within a single assembly.
Designed for Bernard BTB, S-Gun, and W-Gun MIG welding guns. Compatible with Bernard traditional-style consumable systems. Can be used as a full replacement for Bernard Centerfire, Quick Tip, AccuLock, and S series liner configurations; these series are not mixable within the same assembly. Brand names referenced are trademarks of their respective owners; XTRWELD is not affiliated with those manufacturers.
Installation should be performed by a qualified welder or welding equipment technician with the welding machine powered down and the wire feed de-energized before beginning. Remove the existing liner from the gun neck end and feed the new liner through the cable from the gun body end, trimming to fit per the gun manufacturer's specification. Secure all consumable connections before resuming wire feed operation and verify smooth wire travel before welding.
