The XTRWELD 43115 is a MIG welding liner designed for use in Bernard-style MIG guns. It guides the wire electrode through the gun cable from the feeder to the contact tip, maintaining smooth, consistent wire feed during the weld. This liner fits wire sizes from 0.035 inches to 0.045 inches and measures 15 feet in length. It is an OEM-quality replacement conduit suited for professional welding operations where reliable wire delivery is critical to weld quality and arc stability. MIG welders, fabricators, and maintenance technicians working with Bernard-compatible guns are the primary installers.
This liner is intended for use in Bernard BTB, S-Gun, and W-Gun MIG torches. It is built to interchange with Bernard traditional consumable lineups and can serve as a full replacement for Bernard Centerfire, Quick Tip, AccuLock, and S-series liner configurations. Note that these series are not cross-mixable within a single setup, but the 43115 functions as a direct drop-in replacement within a compatible Bernard-style system. Typical applications include production welding, maintenance and repair operations, and fabrication shops running MIG processes on steel and similar materials.
Designed for use with Bernard BTB, S-Gun, and W-Gun MIG torches. Interchangeable with Bernard traditional consumables and suitable as a full replacement for Bernard Centerfire, Quick Tip, AccuLock, and S-series liners. These series are not mixable within a single torch setup.
Liner replacement is typically performed by a qualified MIG welder or welding equipment technician. Before servicing, disconnect the MIG gun from the wire feeder and ensure the power source is de-energized. Trim the liner to the correct length per the gun manufacturer's guidelines before seating it, and verify the front end is properly secured at the contact tip end to prevent wire buckling. Follow any applicable ANSI or shop safety procedures when working on welding equipment.
